Get fit and healthy with me in the beautiful Coromandel town of Whangamata offering fitness camps all year round. I have been in the fitness industry for over six years now and doing these fitness camps is truly living my passion! Surround yourself with lovely like minded people, in serene settings getting fit and healthy together.
Heading to Whangamata over the Christmas holiday period? Stay fit with me! I will be offering fun and challenging outdoor fitness sessions throughout summer. The camps combine a variety of different workouts all that are done using your own body weight! We do a combination of bodyweight training, boxing, yoga, beach workouts and so much more! No bookings required, just turn up!
Winter fitness camp runs from 24th July until 1st September at two times of 6am and 9.30 am. Lets beat the cold weather together with a fun variety of morning workouts all suited to different areas you would like to work on. All fitness levels are welcome! The 9.30 am camp welcomes mums and their bubs! I decided to start this camp to allow mums to get out socialise, move their bodies and create healthy habits! Train with your kids or let them run around in a kid friendly environment.
Join me and a bunch of like minded people for a 10 week long fitness camp this spring! What better way to get that body moving than in the beautiful outdoors of Whangamata! Working out three mornings a week at either time of 6am or 9.30am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) With the weather getting better and the days getting longer summer is on its way! This is the best time of year to jump back into some exercise sessions.
I offer one on one or small group training 30min or 60min sessions. I am flexible with days and times and am happy to come to you. I also offer online personal programmes suited to your individual goals! Whether it’s doing my fitness camps or one on one training I would love to meet and train with you. I love to do bodyweight style training and where possible get my clients training in the beautiful outdoors!
